- You may create an account with Bristrove to place orders more easily.

- You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and all activity under your account.
- Orders & Payment
- Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not mean your order is accepted—it is our acknowledgement.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including: pricing or product description errors, stock unavailability, or fraud suspicion.
- Payments are processed through secure Pakistani payment gateways (e.g., JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay).
- Prices shown on the Site include applicable taxes, but shipping or delivery fees may vary.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Bristrove delivers across Pakistan; delivery times may vary depending on your location.
- Risk of loss and title for items pass to you when we hand over the shipment to the courier.
- You are responsible for checking the package upon receipt and reporting any damage or missing items within 24 hours.
- Returns & Exchanges
- You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, per our Exchange Policy.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned via courier or post.
- Exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless an item is damaged or defective.
- We do not offer cash refunds, only exchanges for equivalent items or store credit.
- Intellectual Property
- All content on the Bristrove website — including images, logos, text, and designs — is owned by Bristrove and protected under Pakistani and international intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or use Bristrove’s design materials without our prior written permission.
- Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful or abusive purposes, including but not limited to:
- Disrupting or overloading the site
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Posting defamatory or obscene content
- Using the site for any fraudulent activity
- Limitation of Liability
