Exchange Policy – Bristrove
At Bristrove, we want you to love every piece you order. If for any reason you receive a faulty or damaged item, or simply change your mind, we’re here to help you exchange it, as long as certain conditions are met.
1. When Can You Request an Exchange?
- If your jewelry item arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please take a photo immediately and contact our Customer Support team on the same day you receive the order.
- If you just change your mind, you may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your package — after that window, we may not be able to offer an exchange.
2. Conditions for Exchange
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with tags (if any) still intact.
- All parts of the jewelry (e.g. stones, clasps) must be in original condition — no signs of wear.
- You must return the item to us via courier or post. The return shipping cost will be borne by you unless otherwise agreed.
3. How to Initiate the Exchange
- Send us a message (WhatsApp / Email) with your order number and photos of the damaged or unwanted item.
- Our team will respond within two business days to confirm if the exchange request is approved.
- Once approved, please send the package back to us at the address we’ll provide.
- As soon as Bristrove receives and inspects the return, we will ship out your requested replacement item.
4. Important Notes
- Products that are on sale or discounted are not eligible for exchange, unless the item is proven to be faulty.
- Please keep your original invoice or purchase confirmation, as we may request it for verification.
- We do not offer cash refunds at this time — exchanges are provided in the form of replacement items only.
